​GM Consultores is a management consultancy company, with proven experience in Business Development and Management, made up of a team of consultants and trainers, operating in Portugal. ​

 

Founded in 2013, GM Consultores, but already with a vast experience given to it by its partner, since the year 2000 has dedicated its activity in the area of ​​consultancy, supporting associative strategies that had in their genesis the monitoring and support of the business fabric. In the beginning, very linked to training-action projects, but providing some support to the strategic management of companies. The fact of having monitored a large number of companies in the technological area meant that some small companies in these areas needed monitoring in the area of ​​management, which was not exactly the entrepreneurs' calling. It was in this scenario that, at the end of 2012, he felt the need to create a company dedicated to consulting on such important matters as strategic management, management control, financial management, process management, performance management, always focusing on the training component. -action. ​

 

GM Consultores works on different aspects of management applied to projects of different natures: business plans, investment projects; support incentives; training.
